We are reopening some of our stores!
Our absolute priority is keeping you and our staff safe. Our shops will look a little different for a while, but you can find out some of the safety measures we’ve put in place below:
- We will be limiting the number of customers allowed in our stores to ensure social distancing;
- We have increased cleaning and disinfecting frequency in all areas;
- We will be operating reduced hours across all of our stores;
- Our website remains open 24/7 a week;
Our Stores
All the below stores are now opened from 11am to 7pm and on Sunday 12pm to 6pm (except Canary Wharf which is closed on Sundays)

John Lewis Concessions reopening dates:
Monday 15 June - Poole and Kingston
Thursday 18 June - Bluewater, Cambridge, Cheadle, Cheltenham, High Wycombe, Horsham, Ipswich, Norwich, Nottingham, Solihull and Welwyn.
Thursday 25 June - Peter Jones, Southampton, York, Milton Keynes, Liverpool, Leeds, Cribbs Causeway, Newcastle, and Tunbridge Wells
Fenwick are reopening all stores from Monday 15th June.
