Dear Valued Customer,
As the situation with COVID-19 evolves, and we all determine the next right action to support our communities, GODIVA made the proactive decision to temporarily close our boutiques and GODIVA Cafés in the UK.
As you can imagine, this was a difficult decision to make, but the responsible choice for our business. We are committed to safeguarding the wellbeing of our employees and customers worldwide. These are our top priorities – always. We will continue to make decisions based on these values and the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and trusted local health authorities.
Please know that we are taking care of our retail and café staff. When the time is right, we will invite them back to our boutiques and cafés across the UK to help us continue opening peoples’ eyes to a more wonderful world.
At GODIVA, our hearts go out to those directly impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) and we look forward to the moment when the world returns to the familiar. Until it does, it is imperative that we all work together to navigate through these challenging circumstances.
